You can easily include 'Hiren's BootCD' entry in your 'MultiBoot USB' as follow
1. Install & configre MultiBoot USB on USB drive
http://www.pendrivelinux.com/boot-multiple-iso-from-usb-multiboot-usb/
2. Download Hiren's BootCD from
http://www.hirensbootcd.net/download.html
3. Copy the 'HBCD' folder to USB drive
4. Copy 'grldr' file from 'HBCD' to root of USB drive
5. Edit the 'menu.lst' file on root of USB as follow
title Hiren's.BootCD
configfile /HBCD/menu.lst
